Please complete the form below to receive your Cal Student-Athlete Alum Membership Card and with it access to one free admission to all Cal regular season home games (including basketball and football) through the 2021-2022 season on the University of California, Berkeley campus.

Please keep the following in mind:
- You may only have one card per former student-athlete.
-You must present your Student-Athlete Alumni Membership Card and a valid photo ID at the Cal Athletics Ticket Offices on the day of each home competition
- Your admission and seating location are contingent upon availability and does not guarantee admission to sold out events
-This offer is not eligible for postseason
- The Cal Athletics reserves the right to revoke the use of this card at any time
- For ticketed events, additional tickets will be available for purchase at the Cal Athletics Ticket Offices
- This initiative is based on an annual renewal; your card is only valid August 2021 to May 2022
 
Our ticket offices open four hours prior to a football game kick-off, two hours prior to a basketball game tip-off, and one hour prior to all other sporting events. Be sure to visit CalBears.com for the latest game day updates.
