Logan Alters and
Makale Foreman as well as rising senior
Lars Thiemann were first-time selections to the NABC Honors Court, which includes junior, senior and graduate men's basketball student-athletes who finished the 2021-22 academic year with a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or higher. Cal has seen at least one student-athlete named to the NABC Honors Court in all three years of the
Mark Fox era, and its three honorees in 2021-22 are most in that span.
Â
Alters graduated early this spring with his degree in business administration while Foreman, who played the 2020-21 and 2021-22 seasons for the Golden Bears after previous time spent at Chattanooga and Stony Brook, completed a graduate degree. Thiemann, who was recognized by the NABC for his junior academic year, is majoring in nutrition science and is expected to graduate in spring 2023.
