BERKELEY – Cal will begin spring football practices at California Memorial Stadium on Monday, March 19 (3:45 pm PT). The Golden Bears will hold a total of 15 spring workouts with the general public invited to selected practices including the opener and the Cal Football Spring Game to be televised live by Pac-12 Networks on Saturday, April 28 (11 am PT). The on-field portion of the annual Cal Football Pro Day on Tuesday, March 20 (11 am PT), will also be open to the public.

Admission to the open practices, Pro Day and the Spring Game is free and attendees can enter California Memorial Stadium through Gate 2 near the northwest corner of the stadium. Signage will direct attendees to open seating areas in Sections EE, F, FF, G, GG and HH. All other sections of the stadium including the field and North Tunnel will be closed to public access.

PRO DAY – TUESDAY, MARCH 20, 2018 (11 AM PT)

Cal will hold its annual Pro Day at California Memorial Stadium on Tuesday, March 20. The event will feature former Golden Bears that are professional football prospects working out for front office personnel, coaches and scouts from NFL teams.

SPRING GAME – SATURDAY, APRIL 28, 2018 (11 AM PT)

The annual Cal Football Spring Game will be held at California Memorial Stadium on Saturday, April 28. Additional details will be announced at a later date.

CALIFORNIA MEMORIAL STADIUM LOCATION/PARKING/TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS

Location – California Memorial Stadium is located on Piedmont Avenue in Berkeley between Bancroft Way and Stadium Rim Way, adjacent to the Simpson Center for Student-Athlete High Performance at 2227 Piedmont Avenue. Parking in the vicinity is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be sure to read all signs at each parking location for further important information. See below for some suggestions in order of proximity to the stadium.

PARKING

Stadium Parking Structure – Paid parking near the corner of Gayley Road (where Piedmont Avenue becomes Gayley Road) and Stadium Rim Way just north of the stadium.
Street Parking – Paid and two-hour free parking may be available on streets near the stadium.
Witter Lot – Paid parking near the corner of Centennial Drive and Stadium Rim Way just east of the stadium.
Lower Sproul Garage – Paid parking on north side of Bancroft Way between Telegraph Avenue and Dana Street.
Recreational Sports Facility Garage – Paid parking on north side of Bancroft Way between Dana Street and Ellsworth Street.
Underhill Garage – Paid parking on corner of Channing Way and College Avenue.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

Public transportation is highly recommended when visiting California Memorial Stadium. There are multiple public transportation options. Visit bart.gov, actransit.org or 511.org for more information.
